Established in December 2000, Wincott – Women in Cotton has been helping develop knowledge, opportunities and learning for women involved in all aspects of the Australian Cotton Industry.
From our beginnings of being founded through funding from CRDC, to a paid membership system, Wincott now provides free membership.

Now in our twelth year, Wincott continues to welcome and inform industry newcomers by providing a Booklet filled with industry information, as well as continuing our commitment to training & mentoring all members through such initiatives as the workshops we will be offering in 2013.
Wincott aims to be a support network to all industry participants, and to be a credible source of information and awareness of industry issues.
Wincott reviews its business strategies on an annual basis to remain relevant and provide its members with support to meet the challenges of a changing agricultural scene, environment, resource management & climate change
